The work
Consumer research showed that Play OJO’s fairness proposition resonated well with consumers, specifically first time players and regular ‘switchers’, but that it wasn’t cutting through in a busy category.
So we went all in on fairness. A new distinctive ‘thumbs up’ brand asset, “the fair casino” sonic and a consistent approach to creative across all media channels to drive salience across the category and a differentiated fairness message.
